It is a privilege to be entrusted to capture one of your family’s most treasured milestones. When everyone you love is together in one place for one extraordinary weekend, it feels like pure magic. An electric, romantic flurry of emotion. My work is to bottle that up and offer it to you in visual form, for you to look back on years from now and help you relive what it felt like.

I am attracted to weddings that feel intimate, no matter the physical size, and celebrations that are completely original, unbound by constraints of what has already been done before. My favorite photographs are usually unscripted, spontaneous, and instinctual. Inspired by a sensation, an impression, a connection, and of course, the light.

By taking on a limited number of weddings each year I can dedicate my wholehearted creative energy to each one of my couples. I am fully present for you.

As the daughter of a hotelier, I was born a European Union citizen in Brazil and raised all over the world, calling the US my home. Experiencing a transient life at an early age instilled in me a love of travel, adventure, and desire to visually preserve those memories.

I fell in love with the magic of film and making darkroom prints at 11 years old, which eventually led to earning a fine art degree, magna cum laude, at the Rochester Institute of Technology’s renowned School of Photographic Arts. This was during a very exciting time in the photo world when the industry began embracing a digital workflow, and I was fortunate to acquire a solid foundation in both film and digital mediums.

After working as an assistant in New York City to the industry's top photographers and magazines, I began photographing weddings nearly 15 years ago. Since then, I have had the honor of capturing couples in love all over the world, from grand affairs to intimate celebrations.
